Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) — Release Stress from the Body

TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a powerful practice developed by Dr. David Berceli. It involves a series of seven exercises designed to help the body release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. By gently activating the body's natural tremoring mechanism, TRE facilitates profound relaxation and healing, promoting overall well-being and resilience.

Simple body-based tools to discharge deep-held tension, trauma & nervous system dysregulation

Together, we will move through the seven carefully designed exercises, each one thoughtfully crafted to prepare your body for the profound process of letting go. These exercises will gently activate your body’s natural tremoring mechanism, a powerful tool for releasing tension and stored trauma.

Throughout our session, I will guide you with compassion and expertise, ensuring that each movement and sensation is met with understanding and care. You will learn to listen to your body’s signals, creating a safe and nurturing environment for healing.

As we progress, you will feel your body soften and open, welcoming a state of relaxation and peace. This journey is not just about physical release but also about reconnecting with your inner self, fostering a sense of coherence and harmony within.

In this sacred space, you are invited to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace a new level of well-being. Join me, and together we will unlock the potential for profound healing and rejuvenation through the powerful practice of TRE.
